Be careful. You asked and we answered.

Interrogative particles are not always placed at the beginning of the sentence in both Egyptian Colloquial/Spoken Arabic and MSA/Classical Arabic.

In other words you can say for Egyptian Colloquial/Spoken Arabic: miin da? OR/ da miin?

MSA/Classical Arabic prefers to place the interrogative particle at the onset of the sentence. Especially in written form.
