Permitted topics on Falooka platform:
The Falooka platform may be used for the exchange of articles and thoughts in all matters of interest relevant to the Middle East region. Topics of interest can cover business, economy, history, arts, the food, and the people -- with the exception of religion. If language or tone is overtly offensive to the community Falooka reserves the right to delete content at its own discretion.

Protection of users and the blocking of accounts:
Falooka retains the right to terminate user accounts, even paid for accounts, for any reason that it deems necessary.
All user accounts on Falooka are required to represent real people, real names, real profiles, and real profile pictures. Accounts may be subject to termination if otherwise.
Profile pictures are required to reveal the entire face for a transparent exchange among users despite cultural and religious affiliations.
You may not use Falooka to link to or to display: nudity, obscene content, gambling related content, pharmaceutical related content, illegal software, viruses, or to distribute any other content that we deem inappropriate.
If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use Falooka automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded, electronic, or printed materials.

Protection of Falooka’s Learning Materials:
All content, audio, and video on Falooka are registered with the Copyright Office of the United States of America. All rights reserved. Violators will be prosecuted according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Berne Convention, and other applicable statutes.
Violating the Terms of Use may result in Falooka seeking all necessary remedies available to it by law including monetary compensation.
You may print out up to three modules or not more than 20 pages of Falooka for your own personal use but not for distribution.
You may direct Arabic language learners to go online to Falooka but you may not use any of the materials on the site as though the content is your own.
Falooka is not to be downloaded/uploaded, “imported” via editors (such as FrontPage) or snaggers, mirrored, burned, framed, or otherwise installed electronically on any server.
You may not modify the materials of Falooka in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
Falooka may not be incorporated into any other product. In particular, you may not sell the content of Falooka or in any other manner lay claim to the name or content of “Falooka."

Purchases by school libraries, public libraries, and university libraries:
Should a school library, public library, or university library subscribe to Falooka (as a flat-fee reference resource):
Remote and on campus access via secure proxy is allowed for faculty, students, and staff of the institution. Therefore, students may have access to the web based materials from their on campus dorms.
Intra-library loan is allowed "within" a single institution. Therefore, only one library or institution within the school or university need subscribe for a low nominal fee.
Students may print out no more than three lectures, or not more than 20 pages, from Falooka for personal use but not for distribution.

Offering your services as an instructor of Arabic:
No user/instructor is to use the Falooka platform to offer, directly, his or her teaching services. Instructors are by invitation only. Arabic language instructors are not permitted to endorse themselves on the platform. Meanwhile, instructors are advised to build relationships and help students. Students tend to request lessons from the more active instructors and members on the platform.

 Refunds after an automated renewal are up to 48 hours. Terminate, however, the subscription renewal (from payment intermediary such as PayPal) any time with no future charges.

Falooka may recommend Arabic language instructors but is in no way responsible for the quality of the lessons (unless Falooka is paid directly for the lesson). Should a student not be satisfied by an instructor Falooka is not responsible for refunds of any kind. Falooka provides the learning materials and the technology for the social community platform. Feel free, however, to notify us of your complaints regarding the instructor so that we may consider not recommending the instructor.
Falooka is in no way responsible should a user or users offend other user or users in all matters including religion and politics. Please flag content that you deem offensive or against Falooka's terms of use.
Falooka's producers, writers, course designers, as well as any other individuals or affiliates are not liable regarding your course progress, grades, degree fulfillment, or employability. The information presented on Falooka is as is and your use of content, video, and audio require that you accept liability for their use.

Any content and/or pictures submitted to Falooka by you (for example in the forums, picture galleries, sent to us by email, or user comments) are deemed non-confidential.
